Hot! Hot! Hot!

DIARIO - 04/18/07

This is not a translation of the DIARIO article, but rather a summary.

*********************************

This is the latest information we received from reliable sources. It says that Holland is extremely interested in the Holloway case and the Namdar bribery case. They are sending a large team of policemen from Holland to further investigate both cases. The Minister of Justice, Rudy Croes, has offered all cooperation to the Dutch authorities who will be coming soon to reinforce those that are already here.

The severe criticisms we outed with regards to both cases has apparently hit home and we can expect some serious actions soon. Holland cannot afford to sit by idly and let a part of the Kingdom go to pots. And the political infiltration in the Prosecution offices, especially in the case of the Attorney General, has met wilth loud criticism here and abroad.

If the Aruban population cannot rely on a true separation of Trias Politica (Executive, Legislative and Judicial)than we are in for some social upheavals that can very easily get out of hand, considering the presence of more than 18,000 illegals and about the same number of latin-americans that are now in Aruba. They are more accustomed to 'heating' the streets than are the Arubans. And that, Holland cannot and will not tolerate.

I am glad that we are getting that kind of help from Holland because the way both cases have been handled by the local authorities stinks!

I have been away for a while and on my return I find all this hot hot stuff. What is going on?

Aruba is going to be crawling with cops from Holland over the next several weeks and that is going to turn the heat up on a lot of people. I see it as good news!

The mention of a lesbian couple in the article was only to emphasize the outrage demonstrated by Rudy Croes, which went as far as him saying he was ashamed to have a Dutch passport. The lesbian couple took their arguments with the Minister of Justice to court and won their argument all the way up to Cassatie.

Does this mean MORE Dutch investigators are on their way or are we talking about the 10 that have already arrived? I hope more!

Thanks for the info Easy and Jossy! More police support is a great sign that maybe, just maybe, the tide is turning. Let's pray so!

I hate to be a wet blanket but ... I contend that the Natalee Holloway case will not be solved as long as Paulus Van der Sloot is alive and well on planet Earth. This man will not take the fall quietly ... he knows too much that extends far beyond the Natalee Holloway case and ... the "powers that be" in Aruba are fully aware.

Art Wood/Dave Holloway
SUN HERALD - March 17, 2007

In the case of Natalee Holloway, who vanished on May 30, 2005, Wood believed that meant an investigation that police ensured would never end because a principal suspect was the 17-year-old son of a wealthy judge. He believed they accidentally killed her, then sought the advice of van der Sloot's prominent father to dispose of the body. Wood believed van der Sloot's father also used his connections to control the investigation.
.
"The daddy said, 'no body, no case,' and he meant it," said David Holloway, Natalee's father, who was at the event.

Paulus probably does have the dirt on a lot of people, but it is impossible for a person like that to keep their hands clean while dealing with such corruption. We also know that PVDS has fallen from grace in the eyes of some officials in Aruba as well as in the Netherlands.

An article in Amigoe today indicates that the Dutch discovered something while going through all the evidence sent to the Netherlands months ago and that has caused them to send all these agents to Aruba. In addition, the present government in Aruba is on the verge of toppling due to underhanded payoffs made by an investment group.

All the things that Aruba desperately tried to hide from outside eyes are now coming to the surface and I smell change in the air. That same sort of smell that drifts in with a warm breeze just before thunder cracks the sky wide-open and floods the streets.

I would liked to add ... I hope that I am wrong. My sincere desire is that justice is forthcoming for Natalee Holloway and ... there is a measure of closure for her loving family. I am praying for a miracle.

Somethings cooking in Aruba and I think it has some folks sweating.........

Gosh I hope it's true. I mean I'm sure the information Jossy prints is true - but I hope this isn't Aruba's last dash while the USA morns the VA Tech students. We all know that is just like Aruba and the Netherlands.

But as you say, the one great thing is that at least one person in Holland and several more in Aruba are going to be missing some peaceful rest for the next couple of days.

Easy,

Thanks for the updates!

I am very encouraged by the news of the Dutch reinforcement team.

However, when I saw the pic of the dunes in Amigoe, I thought, "Oh, no, not the dunes again!"

I hope and trust the Dutch team will not be led on a lot of wild goose chases.

Best to you and may the Holloway family finally get justice for their beloved Natalee.

I think the photo in the Amigoe article was just a stock one pulled from the archives. There has been no public display of the Dutch experts that are already in Aruba.

I really, really think something is going on behind the scenes and rumor has it certain individuals on the island are already becoming very nervous. As soon as I hear anything solid I will report it on this blog.

Thanks for all the info Easy! I keep checking back every ten minutes hoping for something new!! lol

ldstlou – I keep checking my email hoping for something too! So far there is much speculation and a few rumors floating around in Aruba. I seriously doubt these Dutch cops will be very open about their investigation, but word has a way of spreading on that small island.

I'm back again!! lol
Yes, lets hope some get loose lips!!

Could it be that a deal has been negotiated ... negotiated with Paulus Van der Sloot in an attempt for Aruba to save face and not have him reveal their dirty little secrets ... an attempt by Aruba to make the family of Natalee go away? Could it be that Natalee will be returned to her family ... her country and ... Joran and Deepak will take personal responsibility for making Natalee "disappear" after "something bad happened".
.
Natalee's loving stepfather, Jug Twitty, implied that ... considering Joran was a minor at the time of Natalee's disappearance ... the consequences would not be great.

TWITTY: ... it`s a terrible mistake, it`s an accident, he`s still underage, he`s a minor, even if they killed Natalee he probably would have gotten off with about five years.

TWITTY: ... Beth and I have been through this emotional roller coaster. And all we want is Natalee, whether she's alive or dead. We want to bring her back to the United States, and we'll leave and they can do whatever they want to do.

LOL- you're good Easywriter. I hope your sense of smell is correct.

Well Easy and Jossy you have done it again. Piqued my interest and hope that something will finally come from all this. I know Jossy wants that also for his country.

I now check your blog first for new information. I hope it keeps coming.

Nothing new about the Dutch investigators yet and a lot of focus is being given to the political situation in Aruba right now.

Maybe we will hear something soon.....

Mike, as far as I know, but Ramm might know more, in Holland NO WORD on this fact. It is just that I read it here, otherwise I would not have known there are more Dutch cops on Aruba now.

We are missing out on a lot here.

Could this be the CALM befor the STORM?

MV - It is curious that none of this is being covered in your country. Yet, Joran's book is set to be released there next week without an English translation.

Anonymous said...

LOL, why waste the time translating the sporter's book to English? It's not like any of us are interested in reading his fantasies.

I predict there will be very few interested in purchasing the copy in Dutch either. It will probably be the biggest bomb in a book release - right up there with OJ's "If I did it".

Was hoping for an update on what's going on in Aruba. Still wondering if the Dutch aren't there just to stick their finger in the dike to try to stop the leaking of lost American tourists.

It is very strange that Joran would publish a book at this time and I am sure his lawyers are pulling their hair out over the action.

No one wanted Joran to come to New York and give an interview to ABC, but he did so anyway. Now the book deal goes through and everyone has to know that the lawyers were against the idea and PVDS also said he wanted him to wait.

This kid thinks he is smarter than the rest of the world and can pull one over on everyone.

Will Taco Joe attempt to do damage control after the book is released, or will he wash his hands of this renegade client and crawl back under his rock?

Define Irony: Publish a book of probable lies, in a country where very few care at all about the topic. In a language not understood by the "foreigners" who might at least be interested in reading it for the purpose of at least documenting the lies.

Won't be read by those who can. Can't be read by those who might.
