November 1, 2007 eighteen year old Justin Gaines left Wild Bills a popular Atlanta club at 1:00am and has not been seen or heard from since. Justin’s disappearance has not received the media attention many other cases have, but that does not change the fact that a family is extremely heartbroken and distressed.

Gwinnett County Press Release issued Nov. 14 by Gwinnett Police PIO Corporal Illana T. Spellman
There have been a lot of questions regarding the status of this case. As of late, this is still a missing persons case. There is still no evidence to support or deny foul play. The investigation has slowed over the past week due to lack of cooperation from some of Justin Gaines’ close friends and associates. This is a concern for the detectives working this case. The detectives want to strongly encourage those individuals to come forward and cooperate in this investigation which could possibly develop more leads into Justin’s whereabouts. Anyone with information can call the Criminal Investigations Section at 770-513-5300.

Thank you for spreading the word!
Darla - As time permits I plan to add more details to this tragic story, but I wanted to go ahead and do what little I could to keep his face in the public eye.
I have three sons and the youngest is 21. Of the three he is the only one that has partied too much and done foolish things. If he disappeared in a similar manner, I would be quietly going insane while searching for him.
Hopefully over the coming holidays I will have time to dig into this story a little deeper and better organize this post.
Thank You, Thank You, Thank You, Easy!
I appreciate it so much!
Vicki
Thank you for keeping Justin's name and pic out there. I'm troubled by reports that his friends are not cooperating. Why not?
Justin's family needs people to help search for him. His friends are not helping. Very Strange!
Thanks Mike,
Faith
